ACity of El Monte Prohibition on Overnight Street Parking, Measure RR ballot question was on the November 3, 2009 ballotfor voters in the City of El Monte in Los Angeles County, where it was handily defeated.

Measure RR was about whether the City of El Monte should "institute an overnight parking regulatory program that would prohibit overnight street parking on most City streets between the hours of 3:00 A.M. and 5:00 A.M.."

Measure RR was an advisory vote. The outcome of the election on Measure RR did not oblige the City of El Monte to change or adopt any particular outcome.
