Two ballot measures, Measures N and O pertaining to the Appointment of the City of Exeter City Clerk and City Treasurer were on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of Exeter in Tulare County, where both were approved.

With the approval of Measure N, the role of city clerk will be filled through an act of appointment by the city council, rather than through an election.

With the approval of Measure O, the role of city treasurer will be filled through an act of appointment by the city council, rather than through an election.
