A City of Plymouth Hotel Tax Increase, Measure R ballot question and an accompanying advisory measure, Measure S, were on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in the City of Plymouth in Amador County, where both measures were approved.

Measure R increased the lodging/hotel tax paid in the City of Plymouth from 6% to 10%.

Measure S is an advisory measure. It recommended to the city council various preferred ways to spend the revenues raised from the Measure R tax.
