Measure E: "Shall Chapter 3.30 of the City of Seaside Municipal Code, known as the utility tax law, that was approved by Seaside voters on November 5, 2002 to maintain revenues for city services, such as police, fire, parks maintenance and street repairs in Seaside, be repealed effective as of July 1, 2009?"
