City of Solana Beach Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Measure W (November 2012)
A City of Solano Beach Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Act, Measure W was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of Solano Beach in San Diego County, where it was defeated.
Measure W would have permitted medical marijuana dispensaries to be located in the city in any commercial, mixed use, or industrial zone as long as the dispensary was not within 600 feet of a K-12 school, 600 feet from a playground, or 1,000 feet from another dispensary.
At the time of the election, medical marijuana dispensaries were prohibited in Solano Beach.
