|| Measure M: "In order to protect essential City services from further reductions such as police programs to fight domestic violence, child/elder abuse, gang activity and neighborhood crime; fire/paramedic services for quick emergency response times; street lighting for safety; and other services, shall City of Vacaville Ordinance No. 1844 be approved to enact a quarter-cent transactions and use (sales) tax for five years, with all funds staying locally with the City of Vacaville?"
