Cleveland Charter Amendments, 2 (May 2010)

Two Cleveland Charter Amendment measures were on the May 4, 2010 ballot in the city of Cleveland which is in Cuyahoga County.

Both measures were approved

The first amendment sought to make it so that following a federal census, the reappointment of city wards would take place no later than April 1 before the next regularly scheduled election.

The second amendment sought to make it so that the charter review commission will be selected no later than February of that year, beginning in 2018 and then every ten years after.[1]
