The Colorado 20-Mill Tax Rate Limit Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have limited tax rates for all purposes to 20 mills in cities and towns of the first class and 15 mills to other divisions.
