2004 Election Results
|Amendment 34||Commerce & Economic Development||Prohibits limits, with some exceptions, on a property owner's ability to recover damages when improvements to property are not constructed in a "good and workmanlike manner."|
|Amendment 35||Tax & Revenue||Increases the tax on a pack of cigarettes by 64 cents; increases the tax on tobacco products other than cigarettes from 20 percent to 40 percent of the price.|
|Amendment 36||Elections & Redistricting||Eliminates the current system in which the presidential candidate receiving the most votes gets all of the state's electoral votes; allocates Colorado's electoral votes based on the percentage of votes for each presidential candidate.|
|Amendment 37||Energy & Electric Utilities||Requires certain Colorado utilities to generate or purchase a portion of their electric power from renewable energy resources beginning in 2007.|
