The Colorado Game and Fish Commission Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have established a Game and Fish Commission and limited game and fish revenues for the conservation of the state’s wildlife resources.[1]
