The Colorado General Assembly Fixes State Office Salaries Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have empowered the legislature to fix the salaries of state officials.[1]
