The Colorado Governor's Appointees Exempt from Civil Service Act, also known as Measure 7, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have exempted the governor’s appointees to administrative offices, with the consent of the Senate, from state civil service.[1]
