The Colorado Right to Health Care Amendment did not appear on the 2014 statewide ballot in the state of Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have declared healthcare a constitutional human right.[1][2]


Path to the ballot

Supporters needed to obtain at least 86,105 valid signatures by October 25, 2014, in order to place the measure on the ballot. However, the signature collecting campaign only managed to collect around 25,000 signatures by the deadline.[3]
