The Colorado Salaries of County, Precinct and Other Officers Amendment, also known as Referendum 3, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have altered the salaries of county, precinct and other public officers.[1]
