The Colorado Special Elections for Initiatives and Referendums Act, also known as Measure 11, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided for special elections for voting on proposed constitutional amendments and initiated and referred laws.[1]
