The Colorado State Auditor Amendment, also known as Measure 1, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for a State Auditor under the Legislative Department to replace the Auditor of State under the Executive Department.[1]
