The Colorado Wildlife Commission and Department Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have created a Wildlife Management Commission and a Department of Wildlife Conservation.[1]
