Not on ballot
A Colorado Yes or No Elections Initiative did not make the November 4, 2014 ballot in Colorado as an initiated state statute. The measure would have made electors vote “yes” or “no” for every candidate on the ballot. The results of the election would have been reported as "net vote count" for each candidate, which would have been calculated by subtracting the "no" votes from the "yes" votes. The official title of the measure was set as, "An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning a new method for selecting winners in elections for certain public offices, and, in connection therewith, allowing every voter to vote “yes” or “no” for every candidate on the ballot, and specifying the manner by which the net vote count for every candidate is calculated based on the number of “yes” and “no” votes received."[1][2]
