The Colorado judicial elections of 2010 consisted of retention elections on the same day as the general election, November 2, 2010. In Colorado, judges are nominated by a judicial nominating commission and then appointed by the governor.
Supreme Court
There were three justices on the Colorado Supreme Court up for a retention vote in 2010.
- Michael Bender: Retained with 60.4% of the vote
- Alex Martinez: Retained with 59.49% of the vote
- Nancy Rice: Retained with 61.88% of the vote[1]
Court of Appeals
There were four judges on the Colorado Court of Appeals up for retention in 2010.
- John Daniel Dailey - Retained with 66.85% of the vote
- Richard Gabriel - Retained with 65.87% of the vote
- Nancy Lichtenstein - Retained with 65.96% of the vote
- David Richman - Retained with 63.4% of the vote.
