Three Commerce City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 1, 2011 ballot in the city of Commerce which is in Adams County.

All three measures were approved

The first measure sought to make it that the first City Council meeting held after the election of its members be held on the second Monday after the election.

Question 2H: Shall the Home Rule Charter of the City of Commerce City be amended to provide in section 4.3(a), section 4.3(d), and section 4.5(b) that the organization meeting of the City Council be held on the second Monday following certification of the results of the Election of the members of the City Council?[3]
