The Conduct and Ethics Committee is a standing committee of the Maine State Senate.

Function

The Committee on Conduct and Ethics is composed of five members. At least two of the members must represent the political party that has the greatest number of members in the Senate, and at least two of the members must represent the political party that has the next greatest number of members in the Senate.
