Two Cuyahoga Falls Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Cuyahoga Falls, which is in Summit County.

The first charter amendment sought to extend the amount of time citizens can file a petition for a ballot measures, from the current 10 days to 30 days.

  • YES 10,647 (76.48%) Approveda
  • NO 3,274 (23.52%)

The second measure sought to remove the "Technical Services Department" title from the city charter due to it merging with the Information and Technology Department in the city.[1]

  • YES 10,573 (75.19%) Approveda
  • NO 3,488 (24.81%)[2]
