Dan Levine was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of California.[1]

Levine was previously a 2013 Independent candidate in the special election for District 4 of the California State Senate.[2]

Levine ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent California's 1st District. Levine was defeated in the blanket primary on June 3, 2014.[3]

Levine ran in a special election for California State Senate District 4. The seat is vacant following Doug LaMalfa's (D) resignation on August 31, 2012. Levine lost against Jim Nielsen (R), Mickey Harrington (D) and Jann Reed (no party preference) in the blanket primary on November 6, 2012.[2]
