The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. Incumbent Dana Lynch was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Duane Borchers, Sr. was unopposed in the Republican primary. Lynch will face Borchers in the general election.[1]
