Daniel Davis (b. January 15, 1973) is a former Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 15 from 2010 to 2014. He did not seek re-election in 2014.

Biography

Davis earned his B.S. from Maranatha Baptist Bible College. His professional experience includes working as the executive director of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and previously served on the Jacksonville City Council.

Davis won election in the 2012 election for Florida House of Representatives District 15. Davis ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012, and was unchallenged in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

2010

Jennifer Carroll originally ran for re-election to the 13th District and was unopposed in the August 24 primary. In September she withdrew from the race after becoming a candidate for lieutenant governor.

Davis was chosen by the Republican parties of Duval and Clay counties to replace Carroll on the ballot.[2] He had no opposition in the November 2 general election.[3]
