Darrell Justin Black was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 14 of the West Virginia House of Delegates.

Black is a 2011 graduate of Marshall University. He is a member of the Putnam County Republican Club.

  • Put a priority on the rural areas of both Putnam and Mason Counties which have felt neglected in the past
  • Finish Rt. 35 and keep it TOLL FREE
  • Build a welcome center/tourism spot in Henderson, WV similar to Tamarack to promote WV crafts, businesses, and tourism
  • Better and safer roads and highways
  • Capitalize on Rt 35 to take advantage of a more enhanced freeway to attract and bring more businesses to our counties
  • Tax breaks for local businesses to get started and keep going
  • Tort reform (less frivolous lawsuits/caps on damages)
  • Protect the sanctity of marriage
