Darryl T. Owens (b. November 10, 1937) is a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 43. He was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Biography

Owens's professional experience includes working as Assistant County Attorney for Jefferson County, Assistant Attorney General and Juvenile Court Judge for the State of Kentucky. He served in the United States Army.
