|| Davenport City Manager May Be Removed By A Simple Majority Vote of Three Commission Members.
The current Davenport Charter requires an affirmative vote of at least four (4) of the five (5) members (a super majority) of the Commission to remove the City Manager.
Should the Charter be amended to read that an affirmative vote of at least three of the five members (a simple majority) of the Commission is needed to remove the Manager.
Shall the above-described amendment be adopted?
