David Starr was a Republican candidate for District 32 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Starr ran against Stephanie Hodges, Wayne Smith, Derick Young and George Law in the Republican primary on September 14. The winners advanced to face incumbent democrats Pamela Beidle, Mary Ann Love and Theodore Sophocleus in the general election.

Starr lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in sixth. Three seats were available in the district.[1]
