David Ziegner is a member of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. He has served in this position since 1990.[1]

Biography

Prior to joining the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in 1990, Ziegner was a staff attorney for the Legislative Services Agency. He is a former chairman of the Advisory Council of the Center for Public Utilities at New Mexico State University, a member of the Consortium for Electric Reliability Technology Solutions (CERTS) Industry Advisory Board, and a former member of the Advisory Council of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).[1]
