Deborah Graham is a member of the Chicago City Council, representing Ward 29. She was appointed to serve a partial term on the council on March 15, 2010, by former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, following the resignation of Issac Carother. She won election to a full term in 2011.

Before becoming a member of city council, Graham was a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives from 2002-2010, representing District 78.[1]
