|Guy v. Judicial Nominating Commission||1995||This case established that the doctrine of executive privilege exempted records created on behalf of the governor by advisory organizations relating to nomination powers under Delaware statute § 10002.g.6.|
|Lee v. Minner||2006||This case prohibited the denial of FOIA requests based on state citizenship, and instead required the state to open up documents to all citizens of the United States.|
|New Castle County Vocational-Technical Education Association v. Board of Education||1978||Established the difference between the school district, as a public body, and divisions within the school district, namely the national honor society, that are part of national groups and thus not subject to open records requests.|
