Biography

Apuan is a member of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs Diversity Strategic Planning Team.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Apuan won election to the 17th District seat in the Colorado House of Representatives, defeating opponent Catherine Roupe (R).[3]
