The question on the ballot:

As required by Ordinance 274, do you approve Ordinance 11-19-CN adopted by Destin City Council, granting a vacation of a portion of the south side of Scenic Highway 98 right-of-way, unneeded for valid City purpose, adjacent to two residential properties, east of Destiny by the Sea Subdivision containing approximately 0.074 acres which real property will become privately owned and return to the ad valorem tax rolls?[3]
