Donald May was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 19th Congressional District of Texas.[1]

Biography

May earned his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Illinois, Champaign, and his MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago. He has worked on the staffs of the University of Illinois, the University of Texas, the University of California, Tulane University and the Texas Tech Health Sciences University. May served as a Major in the U.S. Air Force and founded the USAF Retina/Vitreous/Ocular Trauma Service.[2]

May ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 19th District. May was defeated by incumbent Randy Neugebauer in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.[3]
