Donna M. Nesselbush (b. August 9, 1962) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 15. She was first elected to the chamber in 2010.


Nesselbush earned her B.S. from Brown University in 1984 and her J.D. from Suffolk University in 1991. Her professional experience includes working as an attorney for the Law Firm of Marasco & Nesselbush, L.L.P, as an Associate Municipal Traffic and Housing Court Judge in Pawtucket and as the former Executive Director of the Rhode Island Coalition against Domestic Violence.[1]

The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 25, 2014. Incumbent Donna Nesselbush is unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Stephen Lemois is unopposed in the Republican primary. John Monahan is running as an Independent candidate.[2]
