Donna Rowland (b. June 5, 1969) was a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 34th District.

Rowland is a past Chairman of the Rutherford County Young Republicans. She is also a past Secretary of the Rutherford County Republican Party.

Rowland served in the Tennessee State Guard as a Major. She is currently a businesswoman.

Rowland graduated from Middle Tennessee State University.

Rowland did not run for re-election to the 34th District seat in 2010. Republican Richard B. Womick and Democrat Bill Shacklett ran for this seat in the general election on November 2, 2010.


On Nov. 4, 2008, Rowland won re-election to the 34th District Seat in the Tennessee House of Representatives, defeating opponent Rishi Saxena (D).[1]
