Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by LOOM Lodge 0707 Canal Dover, dba Dover Moose 707, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, holder of a D-4 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a private fraternal and civic Organization at 490 S. Tuscarawas Avenue & Patio, Dover, Ohio 44622 in this precinct?
