The Ellsworth Community Exceed Revenue Limits referendum was on the April 1, 2008 ballot in the Ellsworth Community School District, which is in Pierce County. The purpose of the referendum was to exceed the state-set revenue cap by $950,000 per year for six years (totaling $5,700,000 overall), with the additional funds being directed to the school budget.

After this measure failed to pass, the district put Ellsworth Exceed Revenue Limits (2008) on the Nov. 4, 2008 ballot. This time the district is asking for $4,500,000. The use to which the additional funds were unspecified.
