AnElma School District Bond Measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Elma school district area, which is in both Grays Harbor and Mason Counties.

This measure was defeated in Grays Harbor because it did not reach the 60 percent threshold.

This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $11.3 million in order to build and construct improved school facilities for the district. A new stadium and transportation facility are the main projects scheduled for the bond money.[3]
