AnEmerald Peoples Utility District Annexation measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lane County, which is in Oregon.

If approved, this measure makes 642 lots that lie outside of the Emerald Peoples Utility District boundaries but which are serviced by the District. This would allow the residents of these lots to be represented and to vote in District elections.[1]
