Emily Mitchell was a Democratic candidate for District 58, Maine House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Mitchell's opponent in the November 2 general election was Republican candidate Karen Foster. According to unofficial results, Foster defeated Mitchell in the November 2 general election.[1] Republican incumbent William Browne was not eligible for re-election under Maine's term limits.
