Two Endicott Town Street & Park Levy Implementation measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the town of Endicott which is in Whitman County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to implement a levy set at a rate of $20,000 for a period of one year in order to fund street work and maintenance costs in the town.
