Language on the ballot of

The first measure:

Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted by Speedway, LLC, dba Speedway 4043, an applicant for a C-1 & C-2 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood retail convenience store at 22251 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, OH 44117 in this recinct?[2]

The second measure:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Speedway, LLC, dba Speedway 4043, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood retail convenience store at 22251 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, OH 44117 in this precinct?[1][2]
