The Executive Departments and Administration Committee is a standing committee of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Per the House Rules, committees of the New Hampshire House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House after consultation with the Minority Leader. Committees are assigned after each election. A majority of appointed members make up a committee's quorum. The Speaker is not recognized as an "ex officio" member of any committee.

|| It shall be the duty of the Committee on Executive Departments and Administration to consider matters pertaining to the general administration of state laws and changes therein; matters of policy pertaining to the executive departments; matters relating to the New Hampshire Retirement System; matters pertaining to the administration of professional licensing; review of performance audits, and such other matters as may be referred to it.
