The question on the ballot:
|Fairfield Measure: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Fairfield Union Local School District, Fairfield, Hocking and Perry Counties, Ohio for the purpose of REPAIRING, RENOVATING, REMODELING, CONSTRUCTING, AND IMPROVING BUILDINGS FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES, FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING SCHOOL BUILDINGS, AND IMPROVING SCHOOL GROUNDS AND PROVIDING SUCH OTHER TYPES OF PERMANENT INPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding three (3) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty cents ($0.30) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
