A Findlay-Hancock Library District Levy Addition measure was on the May 4, 2010 ballot in the library district which is in Hancock County.

This measure sought to add a $.50 levy per $100 of assessed value for five years in order to help pay for the current expenses of the library.[2] This was the first request made by the library district for tax support, state funding cuts led library officials to seek approval of this measure by residents. The money will be used to ensure library services are offered.[3]
