A Fire District 4 Emergency Medical Services Property Tax was on the November 3, 2009 ballot ballot in Grays Harbor County.

The measure will enable a $.25 tax for the next six years that would help aid the fire department in providing emergency medical service for those in the area.

The ballot read:

"Shall the Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 4 be authorized to levy a regular property tax in the sum of $0.25 per thousand dollars of assessed valuation each year beginning in 2009 to be collected in 2010 for six consecutive years thereafter for the purpose of providing Emergency Medical Services as provided in Grays Harbor County Fire Protection District No. 4 Resolution No. 2009-1 and the Laws of the State of Washington RCW 84.52.069?"[2]
