The Fish, Wildlife and Water Resources Committee is a standing committee of the Vermont House of Representatives.

Per Section 6 of the House Rules, committees of the Vermont House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House.[1] The first and secondly named members of each committee are the chair and the vice-chair, respectively. Each committee appoints a clerk from its members at the first meeting.[2] The chair of each committee is responsible for calling meetings, and the clerk keeps a record of attendance to be delivered to the Secretary of State at the end of each session.[3][4]
