The Florida Terms of Office for Trial Court Judges Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment in Florida which was defeated on the ballot on November 8, 1988.
This amendment sought to modify Article V of the Florida Constitution to increase the terms of county court judges from four to six years.
